Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to pass a drug screening (if required)

• TB test (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)

• Physically able to assist persons-served with daily activities (standing, walking, lifting as needed)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

• CNA, PCA, or Direct Support experience

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Medication administration experience
